Moderation Logging
The moderator panel has a Moderation log where staff record actions taken against players. Read the limitation below before building a workflow on it.
The moderation log is stored in your own browser, not on the server. Entries are saved to that browser's local storage. Other staff cannot see what you logged, the entries do not survive clearing your browser data, and they are not part of a server data export. The panel itself says this, and it is repeated here because it is easy to miss.
What it does and does not do
| Behaviour | |
|---|---|
| Records an entry | Yes — in your browser only |
| Visible to other staff | No |
| Included in data export | No |
| Survives clearing browser data | No |
| Applies a ban or kick on Discord | No |
| Applies anything in Roblox | No |
Logging an action is only a note-to-self. To actually action someone, use the moderation commands in Discord.
What to use instead
- For Discord actions —
/ban,/kickand/timeout. These act for real, and Discord keeps its own audit log of them. - For faction discipline — the Faction Hub punishment system, which is stored server-side, visible to all hub staff, appealable, and included in data exports.
