Moderator Panel
Reached from a server's sidebar under Staff Hub. Requires the Staff Hub module to be on, and either
Manage Server, server ownership, or a permit granting the staff capability.
What's on it
- Shift Control — clock on, take a break, clock off. See Shift Management.
- Active Staff — everyone currently on shift, shared across all staff rather than local to your browser.
- Toolbox — Lockdown Protocols, Session Status, Site Events and System Events. System Events is the announcement system on its own: one line over the PA, with the sound it arrives with chosen from a list of types, either written on the spot or picked from a preset — plus scripted sequences such as site boot, which run for minutes and take the music and lighting with them. All but Session Status drive in-game controllers; see In-Game Logging.

User lookup
The Roblox tab takes a username and returns account age, verification and ban status, friend and follower counts, and the profile description — fetched live from Roblox's public APIs and never stored.
The Discord tab takes a user ID or username and finds their linked Roblox account through Bloxlink. This requires a Bloxlink API key configured in Settings; without one, the tab cannot resolve links. Username search only covers servers the bot is in.
A Discord lookup sends that person's Discord user ID to Bloxlink, a third party, to retrieve their linked Roblox identity. This is disclosed in the Privacy Policy. It happens only when staff run a lookup, never in the background.
Log systems
Join, Leave and Chat logs combine Discord and Roblox sources into one timeline, with a filter to show either or both. Each log keeps the 300 most recent entries per server.
Chat logs are empty unless message content logging is on. It is off by default. Turn it on in Settings → Data & Privacy, and read Your Data first — you are responsible for telling your members.
The Command Logs tab is not implemented. It renders a placeholder saying so.
Clearing a log requires the moderation capability, and clears it for everyone —
it is server-side data, not a per-browser view.
